Panificio10 was born from the tradition of bread made as it once was. The business started in 1946 from a small bakery located in Baganzola (Parma) today boasts more than 7 stores throughout the Parmesan area.
What distinguishes our bread is first and foremost the choice of raw materials of the highest quality, but also the passion and dedication in processing from the dough to baking in the oven.
Our secret ? Flours and mother yeast, studied by experts to find perfection in fragrance and taste.
Panificio 10 not only boasts excellent quality bread but also independently produces baked desserts, pizza, focaccia and everything needed to supply bars, restaurants, clubs and hotels. This is why we are able to provide excellent service to our franchise network.
Our proposal is that of the Bakery café where: pizzas, focaccias, stuffed flatbreads, quiches, sweet cakes, croissants and biscuits are all strictly freshly baked.
Our oven was born in 1946 from Mr. Dieci's passion for bread and tradition. Over the years, their goal has always been to improve themselves and look for new flavors to combine with selected flours.
